摘要
乡镇负债是我国农村经济改革和发展进程中面临的一个十分突出的问题。乡镇负债的产生有其深刻的体制性根源。解决好乡镇负债问题,对推动和进一步深化农村改革具有重要意义。
Township liabilities is an outstanding problem in the process of reforming and developing rural economy in the China.There are profound systemic roots of township liabilities.Is's very important to resolve this problem for further reform.
