摘要
针对楔横轧偏心变形,计算了变形程度与变形速度,并且对偏心变形过程中的力参数进行了计算求解,结合CA141汽车轴-备胎升降器轧制试验进行了测试。
The deformation extent and deformation velocity as well as load and torque in the process of cross wedge rolling to form a eccentric shaft were analysed in the paper. The rolling load and torque were determined for a typical specimen-eccentric shaft used in the model CA141 truck. The resalts were coincide with the calculating values. The research results will be useful to extend the application of this new technology to produce eccentric shaft with the process of cross wedge rolling.
