摘要
本文通过x光粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜及差热分析对水玻璃砂不同温度下的反应、相变、结构、形貌进行研究。观察了随温度升高Al_2O_3在水玻璃砂中的行为。最终探讨了Al_2O_3对水玻璃砂高温溃散性的作用机理。
In this paper, reaction, phase change structure, distribution of soduim silicate bonded sand are studied by x-ray diffractometer,. differential thermal microanalyser and scanning electron microscope at different temperatures. The action of A12O3 powder in sodium silicate bonded sand is investigated with increasing temperature. So eventually collopsing machnism for sodium silicate bonded sand with Al2O3 powden can be explained in a better way.
