摘要
本文阐述了城镇体系规划体系的作用的基本原则 ,并以衡阳市为例对城镇体系规划编制的任务。
Based on the explanation of the effect and the basic principles when planning the urban system,this paper,taking Hengyang City as an example,discusses the task,the focal point and the main content of the urban system planning.
