摘要
目的 了解二级甲等医院的护理人员对现代护理角色取向认识情况以及比较不同教育水平和工作环境的护士对护理角色取向认识情况。方法 用现代护理角色取向认识量表 ,对两所二级甲等医院 4 13名护理人员进行调查。结果 护士对现代护理角色取向的认识差异无显著性。结论 需重视对护士现代护理观念的教育 ,促进其角色转变。提示护理教育和培训要增加现代护理观念和实践方面的内容 ,对护理管理者如何运用新观念、新思路、新方法培养复合型护理人才具有一定意义。
Objective To investigate and analyse the difference of nursing care role orientation in nurses who had different education level or worked in different environment. Method The nursing care role orientation in 413 nurses of two hospitals was examined using modern nursing care role scale. Results The nusing care role orientation was investioated among these nurses, and non significant difference was noted among them. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the continuing education of nurses, change their nursing care role and increase their knowledge about the nursing care role. This study indicated that modern nursing concept and practice should be enhanced in the education and training of nurses, and it is of instructional importantce for nursing administraters to bring up versatile nurses with new concept, new thought and new way.
