摘要
目的 通过调查护士实际工作量 ,为合理配置病房护理人员 ,提高护理资源利用率提供参考。方法 连续记录 1周 7个班种的工作日志。结果 6个班种护理平均时数在内外科间和妇科、儿科和五官科间比较差异均无显著性 ,P >0 0 5。内外科间直接护理和间接护理平均时数比较差异亦无显著性 ,P >0 0 5。 5家医院病房班护理平均时数比较差异有显著性 ,P <0 0 5。结论 上海 5家三级综合性医院护士工作量大 ,间接护理时间长。建议根据护理实际工作量 ,合理配备病房护士 ,提高人力资源利用率。
Objective To survey nurses' real workload and provide evidence for reasonable nurse staffing and making full use of nursing resource. Method Continuous worksheet recording for a week. Results Comparing 6 kinds of shifts, no significant difference was found between medical and surgical unit for average nursing time, and the same for gynecologic, pediatric, ENT and eye units, P >0 05. There were also no significant difference between medical and surgical units for direct and indirect nursing time, P >0 05. There existed significant difference in bedside care time among 5 hospitals, P <0 05. Conclusion Nurses in these 5 general hospitals of Shanghai are overworked and spend more time in indirect care. Nurse staffing should be on the basis of real working hours in order to untilize nursing resource both effectively and efficiently.
