摘要
西部矿产资源开发利用是西部经济、社会发展的基础和保障。但矿产资源开发利用不是孤立存在的 ,它是西部区域复合系统的构成元素 ,具有复杂性、开放性、共生性等特点。应结合这些特点 ,从复杂系统理论出发 ,对系统进行分析 ,制定出发展思路。
It is foundation and guarantee for economic and social development in western region of China to explore and use mineral resources within the region. However, the activities are not isolated, which have the characteristics of complexity, opening and intergrowth. Therefore, the quality should be considered while making the orientation of development.
