成人非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者自我效能与自护行为的相关性研究

The relationship between self-efficacy and self-care among type Ⅱ diabetes patients

目的 :明确成人非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者自我效能和自护行为水平 ,并检测两者间关系。方法 :采用糖尿病自我效能量表和糖尿病自护行为量表 ,以方便抽样法调查成人非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 130例。结果 :①成人非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的自我效能与自护行为均不够理想 ;②成人非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的自我效能与自护行为呈高度正相关 (r均 >0 .7)。结论 :在设计和实施护理干预措施时 ,应重视提高患者自我效能 ,从而更有效地改善患者的自护行为。

Objective: To investigate the level of diabetes-specific self-efficacy, the level of self-care, and the relationship between these two variables among adult type Ⅱ diabetes patients. Methods: A convenience sample of 130 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes was interviewed, using Diabetes self-efficacy scale(DSES) and Diabetes self-care scale(DSCS).Results: ①Both the level of diabetes-specific self-efficacy and the level of self-care among adult type Ⅱ diabetes patients were not high.②Diabetes-specific self-efficacy were highly positively correlated with corresponding diabetes self-care practice( r >0.7). Conclusion: Diabetes self-efficacy should be emphasized in the design and implementation of diabetes intervention program to improve self-care practice of diabetes patients.
