青海高校英语专业培养外语人才模式的探讨

A Study of the Model for Cultivating Foreign Language Personnel for the English Majors in Qinghai's Universities

本文分析了目前青海高校英语专业的现状 ,文章就新世纪对人才的素质要求 ,结合青海的实际、青海高校英语专业改革的发展方向和英语人才的定位进行了探讨。最后就如何培养出具有自己特色、受民族地区欢迎的复合型、应用型外语人才提出了意见。

This paper first analyses the current situation of the foreign language department in Qinghai's universities, then expounds the restriction to the talents training from the disadvantages of the current curriculum, and offers a new curriculum model suited to Qinghai's training foreign language talents. Based on the quality requirement to the talents in Qinghai in the new century, the paper also makes an analysis of the developing orientation of English majors reforms. Finally the paper gives four pieces of advice on how to cultivate cross-disciplinary and applied foreign language personnel for Qinghai's developing.
