摘要
对犯罪集团构成特征的解析,必须依照我国《刑法》第26条第2款的规定,据此,犯罪集团的构成特征是:行为主体的多数性、成立目的的犯罪性、相当程度的固定性和一定程度的组织性。
To analyze the constituent characteristics of criminal groups,we must be in accordance with the second section of Article 26 of the Chinese criminal law.Therefore,the constituent characteristics of criminal groups are multiple members,criminal purposes,considerable stability and structure.
