随着废除死刑国际法律文书在国际和区域范围内获得越来越多的支持,对这些法律文书的实施也通过条约建立的司法和准司法监督机制等途径获得了具体的落实。废除死刑已经成为国际法的不可抑制的趋势。国际法律文书相互之间的影响及其对国内废除死刑法律的制定和实施均日益显著。

International instruments in regard with the abolition of the death penalty have been increasingly advocated both on international and regional level.The implementation of these instruments assuming by judicial and quasi-judicial bodies established by international treaties gives the clauses of these instruments detailed and sometimes expansive explanations.The abolition of the death penalty has become an overwhelming trend in international law;the influences among different instruments,as well as the instruments to the municipal law and practice are also rather strong.
