The Impact of Corruption in Africa

腐败是一种毒害人们心灵的严重污染,可从不同角度来定义。非洲腐败的原因,主要包括个人的贪婪、兄弟会的影响、道德敏感度的降低、服务意识的缺失、告发腐败的意识或勇气不足、纵容腐败的文化环境、权力运行缺乏透明度、监察机构的低效、冗长的司法程序以及官员升迁中道德标准的匮乏等。非洲大陆出现的发展滞缓、贫穷、负债、失业、教育落后、电力故障和社会危机等,都与腐败有着千丝万缕的联系。非洲有必要进行一场反腐败的改革运动,必须以最强硬的态度和决心谴责腐败,对待腐败分子就要像对待传染病患者一样,应当采取扼制个人的贪婪欲望、将兄弟会踢出政治领域、根治伴有种族靠山的腐败、强化道德的敏感意识、增强权力运行透明度、停止游戏司法纵容犯罪、培育爱国主义精神等改革措施。

Corruption is like a heavy pollution that weighs on people’s spirit.Though the causes of corruption in Africa are numerous,we shall highlight some of the major causes,such as personal greed,confraternity, decline of personal ethical sensitivity,cultural environments that condone corruption,lack of transparency,low awareness to denounce corrupt behavior,slow judicial processes,lack of moral criteria in promotions,downplaying to corruption changes.The consequences of corruption in Africa are so numerous that delving into them in detail could easily fill a textbook of a thousand pages.For example,poor development,power failure,poverty,debt,unemployment,crises.All these are the products of corruption.We must condemn corruption in the strongest terms,it must be seen as an infection.We should avoid corrupt people the way we avoid people with contagious diseases.We must take measures to curb personal greed desire,kick fraternity out of the political business,effect a radical cure with race backer of corruption,strengthen the moral consciousness of sensitive,strengthen the power of transparency,Stop playing games of the judicial system,cultivate the spirit of patriotism and other measures.
