As a unique legal form of enterprise,Societas Europaea(SE)becomes increasingly popular among European investors.This article explores the means and conditions for establishing SE and the organizational structure of SE and then analyses the characteristics as well as the advantages of SE from the perspective of EU and the enterprise respectively.Meanwhile,the article tries to explain why SE becomes attractive for the investors.On the basis of the foregoing,the author also addresses the possibility for Chinese in vestors to make use of this enterprise form.
