欧盟法学科前沿研究报告(2010—2012年)

A Review of the Development of EU Law Studies in 2010-2012

欧盟法是一门新兴学科。近年来,得益于欧洲一体化的持续深入推进、中欧关系的全面发展和多年学科建设的有效积累,欧盟法学科在中国获得了蓬勃发展。同时,欧盟法学科建设也存在不少问题,面临一些困难。2010—2012年期间,国内外欧盟法学者对新出现的重大前沿与热点问题及时跟踪,取得了一定的创新与突破。中国社会科学院欧洲研究所欧盟法研究室专门从事欧盟法研究、教学以及欧盟法学科的建设工作,其学科发展水平在全国相对领先。未来几年,欧盟法学科拟集中有限力量,聚焦于具有重要性、全局性、国际影响力和中国关切的问题展开研究,同时,加强学科体系建设的基础工作。

The subject of European Union( EU) Law is emerging and flourishing in China for benefits from the continuous deepening of the European integration,the comprehensive development of the China-EU relations and the incremental accumulation of the long-term disciplinary construction. At the same time,the disciplinary construction of the EU law is facing a few problems and difficulties. During 2010-2012,EU law scholars all over the world timely study the emerging cutting-edge issues which are hot-debated and might be of significance,and make some innovations and breakthroughs in this regard. The Department of European Legal Studies of Institute of European Studies,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences which focuses on the studies and teaching of the EU law and the disciplinary construction thereof,plays a leading role in this field. In the future,the studies of those issues which might be of significance,comprehensiveness and with international influences and concern with China will be centered in the field of the EU law,and the fundamental work of the disciplinary construction thereof also will be enhanced.
