摘要
本文以Nd:YAG激光器为例,介绍了激光光谱分析的实验装置、工作原理及其应用;并以此实验装置为基础,实验测得了等离子体的激发温度与环境气压间的关系。
The text introduced the equipment, principle and application of the laser speral analysis based on the neodymium glass laser;with the equipment we experimentally studied the effe of atmosphere pressure on the temperature of the laser induced plasma in argon atmosphere.
