摘要
柞蚕蛹在18℃恒温发育阶段,蛹体内α—生育酚和胆固醇含量有明显变化。感温前10天蛹体α—生育酚含量提高2~5倍,10天后明显下降。而胆固醇含量随着感温天数显著下降,成蛾时几乎不含胆固醇。因此,蛹体内α—生育酚和胆固醇含量的变化,可作为判断茧蛹感温发育阶段的依据。
Alpha tocopherol and cholesterol contents in the tussah(Antheraea pernyi) changed distinctly during the development period at content temperature of 18C- 10 days before temperature -sensing period, the content of alpha tocopherol in pupa increased 2 - 5 times, but 10 days later, it obviously decreased. Day by day during the temperature - sensing proid, cholesterol content decreased significently, and by the time the pupa matured, there was almost no cholesterol in it.Therefore the change of alpha tocopherol and cholesterol contents in tussah pupa can be considered as a basis for determining whether the pupa is in the period of the temperature-sensing or not.
