西洋参挥发油的化学分组及结构鉴定

本文对国产西洋参中的挥发油进行了化学分组,将挥发油分为碱性组分、强酸性组分、弱酸性组分和中性组分,并对各组分的化学成分进行了GC/MS结构分析,共计确定了4组39种化合物的结构,按归一化法计算出各成分的相对含量。挥发油的得率为0.08％。

Compositions of essential oil in Chinese Panax quingueflius were devided into 1 groups : alkaline soluble group, strong acid soluble group, weak acid soluble group, and neutral soluble group. The structures of chemical components in each group were analvsed by GC/MS. The structures of 39 compounds in 4 groups were determined. The relative content if each composition was determined too. The yield of essential oil in Chinese Panax Quinguefolius is 0. 08%.
