以双铂为主方案联合化疗治疗小细胞肺癌39例报告

Report of 39 cases of small cell lung cancer treated mainly by double -platinum combined with chemotherapy

目的 评价以双铂为主方案治疗小细胞肺癌疗效,耐受性及毒副作用。方法 采用CBP-DDP-VP16方案治疗小细胞肺癌39例CRP200～300mg/m^2,第1天,静点,DDP40～60mg/m^2,第8天,静点,Vp16 100mg/m^2第1天至第5天,静点。21天重复。结果 以双铂方案为主治疗小细胞肺癌39例,总有效率79.6％,CR率12.8％。毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制,发生率69.2％。结论 以双铂方案为主治疗小细胞肺癌疗效好,耐受性好,毒副反应轻。

Objective To evaluate the effect, tolerance and toxicity of double-platinum in the treatment of small cell lung cancer. Methods 39patients were treated with CBP- DDP-Vpl6 regime. That is GBP 200-300mg/m2 d1 iv drip, DDP 40-60mg/m2 d6 iv drip, Vpl6 100mg/m2 d1-5 iv drip , repeated every 21 days. Results The total response rate was 76.9% , complete response rate was 12.8% . The main toxicity was bone marrow suppression, the granulocytopenia rate was 69.2% (27/39) . Conclusions Smal ceil lung cancer treated mainly by the double-platinum regime shows better therapeutic effect, and toxic side-effects are tolerant.
