An Empirical Study of Equity Financing Method of Listed Companies

以融资成本分析的方式来研究股权融资方式问题。证实了我国上市公司的特殊股权融资偏好。建立了配股融资成本的模型 ,估计各种融资方式的融资成本 ,进行了成本比较。说明了特殊融资结构的形成原因。

This paper analyzes equity financing method through analyzing financing costs and validates that listed companies have special financing taste in our country. This paper also establishes a method of financing costs to estimate financing cost of varies of financing methods and makes a compare. At last, this paper analyzes the causes to forming special financing structure.
