摘要
国有企业改制应解决国有职工全民身份置换、经费者持大股和收益分配创新等问题。置换职工全民身份给予一次性补偿。是对职工过去劳动所得的应有支付 ;经营者应该持有普通股 ,且占较大份额 ;在收入分配中 ,应该重视按知分配 ,实现劳、资、知三者均衡分配安排。
A lot of problems should be solved in the transformation of system of stated-owned enterprise, which are transformation of employee's indentity, operators' share and innovation of income allocation. Blanket compensation in the transformation of employee's indentity is the payment of own's labour of the past. The operators should own the great part of common stock shares. The creative labor's allocation should be paid attention and to reach equilibrium among general labor, financial capital and creative labor.
