摘要
特殊人力资本如何参与企业剩余分配正成为学术界讨论的热点和难点问题。特殊人力资本参与企业剩余分配均衡工资模型 ,为企业如何进行特殊人力资本投资作出了理论指导 ,利用该模型的结果为我国出现的其他相关问题找到了一个理论解释。
How specific human capital shares the division of firm surplus is becoming a hotspot.In this paper, the model of equilibrium wage for specific human capital sharing the division of firm surplus is established. It points out the optimal policy of specific human capital investment for the firm. Also it explains some correlative phenomena in China.
