摘要
中低收入阶层的家庭买不起房 ,房地产商开发的房子又卖不出去。房地产开发对内需的促动作用如何才能发挥得淋漓尽致 ?合作住宅政策是可以借鉴和大力推广的一项启动房地产市场的措施。采用这种策略能够更好地解决中低收入人群的住房问题 ,解决房地产业的供需矛盾 ,同时能够有效地带动房地产业进入一个新的高潮期 ,并通过房地产市场的发展带动扩大内需。
In the current real estate market of China, on one hand, low and middle income class can not afford houses, on the other hand, great many houses built by the real estate companies are waiting for buyers. How will the real estate industry make its most extent to increase domestic demands? Co-operative housing project would be a very useful policy to support the low and middle class, to improve the real estate industry and to stimulate the market, then to bring with an increase of domestic demands.
