多效唑对大豆生物学效应研究 被引量:6

摘要 于大豆2,4,6片复叶期,喷施多效唑(Paclobutrazol,PP_(333)),浓度为0,100,200和400ppm。调查测定结果显示,用PP_(333)处理大豆苗,能抑制豆株纵向伸长生长,促进豆茎横向增粗生长,可使株高下降27~48%,茎粗增加9~29%。对豆茎节数无影响,只是使节间缩短,叶柄缩短。分枝明显增多,可增加30~85%。主茎荚数可提高8~26%,分枝荚数可提高17~80%。叶绿体含量明显增加,叶绿素a增加29~40%,叶绿素b增加28~39%,光合速率可提高7~25%。并提高了抗旱性和抗倒能力。 The sample soybean was sprayed with paclobutrazol (PP333) (concentrations: 0, 100, 200 and 400 ppm) at the first, fourth, and sixth leaves. The results shows that vertical elongation of soybean plant was inhibited and horizontal elongation was promoted by PP333 treatment. The height of plant has decreased 27-48%. The biameter of plant has increased 9-29%. The PP333 treatment has not effected on number of soybean sterm node , but it may decrease elongation of internode and leafstalk. The number of branch has increased significantly 30- 85%,The number of main stem pots has increased 8-26%. The chlorophyll conten: was increased significantly. The chla was increased 29-34%. The chlb was increased 26- 39% and the rate of photosynthesis was increased 7 - 25%. The drought resistance ana logging resistance were increased also by PP333 treatment.
