武警部队吸烟状况研究

Smoking Problems in Armed Police Force

目的 :了解和分析武警部队的吸烟状况 ,包括 :吸烟分布、吸烟人群与非吸烟人群在心理生理健康、饮酒与赌博行为、奖惩情况几方面的差异 ,影响吸烟的主要因素。方法 :采用焦虑自评量表(SAS) ;抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ;人格障碍问卷 (PDQ -R) ;SCL -90 ,调查了武警某总队的万名官兵 ,获得了部队吸烟状况资料 ,采用均值检验和方差分析等方法进行研究。结果 :吸烟组 ,重度吸烟组和非吸烟组在心理健康、生理健康、饮酒与赌博行为和受处分方面均有显著差异 ;还发现警衔和收入及其交互作用对吸烟行为有明显的影响。结论 :武警部队吸烟人员 ,特别是重度吸烟人员比非吸烟组在上述诸方面均有较高的负性倾向 ,且吸烟面广 ,必须加强武警部队戒烟方面的工作 ;要特别注意高收入官兵和上等兵、少校两个衔级的人员的戒烟。

Objective: To investigate smoking problems in armed police force. Method: 10,000 officials and soldiers in armed police force were assessed with SCL-90, SAS (self-rating anxiety scale), SDS (self-rating depression scale) and PDQ-R (personality diagnostic questionnaire-revised version). Their habits of smoking, drinking and gambling were also recorded, as well as their records in punishment. Result:Non-smoker, smoker and heavy smoker had different results in mental health, physical health, habits of drinking and gambling and records of being-punished. Smokers were worse in both mental and physical health, had more bad habits in drinking and gambling, and had worse records of being punished. The rank, income and interaction had effect on smoking behavior.Conclusion:Smoking problems have negative influence on mental and physical health of staffs of armed police force.
