摘要
目的 研究应用畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)筛查窒息新生儿听力的基本特征 ,了解轻度与重度窒息新生儿DPOAE的区别。方法 根据Apgar评分 ,将 42例窒息新生儿分为轻度组及重度组 ,应用Bio LogicAuDx耳声发射仪对 2组窒息新生儿进行DPOAE听力筛查。采用SPSS 10 .0软件进行统计学分析。结果 轻度窒息组新生儿DPOAE检出率高于重度窒息组 ,窒息新生儿DPOAEDP NF值存在明显的个体差异 ,轻度与重度窒息组间DPOAEDP NP的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 DPOAE可作为窒息新生儿听力筛查的一种有效方法 ,DPOAE测试结果与窒息程度密切相关。Apgar评分与窒息新生儿的听力情况有相关意义。
Objective To investigate the basic characteristics of distortion product otoacoustic emissiom (DPOAE) for screening the asphyxiated newbom baby's hearing ability, as well as to differentiate the mild and severe asphyxiated neonates. Methods 42 asphyxiated neonates under intensive care unit were divided into 2 groups, i.e.modest degree group and severe degree group, according to Apgar score. These two groups were tested by Bio Logic AuDx for DPOAE hearing screening. The 0.5,0.75,1,2,3,4,6,8,10 kHz of DPOAE were selected. All data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. Results The incidence of DPOAE in the modest degree group was higher than that in the severe group. Significant individual difference in DPOAE DP NP was found among the asphyxiated neonates. Obvious difference in DPOAE DP NP was found between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion DPOAE proves to be an effective tool for hearing screening in asphyxiated neonates. The incidence of DEOAE is closely related to the degree of asphyxia. There is certain correlation between Apgar score and the degree of neonatal asphyxia.
