摘要 本文介绍一种检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的快速方法,甲胶乳颗粒与人血浆制成试剂(PS胶乳),分别与BP和MSEY培养基中分离培养的菌落作平板凝集反应。在BP培养基中的金黄色葡萄球菌,98.1%为PS胶乳凝集阳性;在MSEY培养基中95.9%为PS胶乳凝集阳性。用BP培养基和PS胶乳组合,其检出率和特异性均高于其他组合,并可在数分钟内直接检出平板上的金黄色葡萄球菌,且与凝固酶试验具有很高的一致性。 A fast method for examinating Staphylococcus aureus in food was introduced in this paper. A reagent made with latex granual and human blood was agglutinated with becteria cultured from BP and MSEY cultural bases, respectively.aureus showed positive reaction of 98. 1 % to PS latex in BP cultural base and 95. 9 % to PS latex in MSEY base. BP cultural base associated with PS latex worked very well and has higher detecting rate and peculiarity than other associations have. The examination can complete in a few minutes in a test plat, and showed a nearly similar result with coagulating enzemy test.
