格林-巴利综合征患儿血浆氨基酸类递质的观察

摘要 目的 :观察格林_巴利综合征患儿血浆氨基酸类递质的变化。方法 :采用高效液相色谱柱前衍生法测定格林_巴利综合征患儿急性期、换血治疗后期、恢复期血浆氨基酸水平。结果 :患儿急性期血浆谷氨酸 (Glu)、天冬氨酸 (Asp)和异亮氨酸 (Ile)水平明显高于恢复期 ,急性期血浆甘氨酸 (Gly)和胱氨酸 (Cys)水平明显低于恢复期 ,具有显著性差异。结论 :在急性期兴奋性氨基酸(EAAs)Asp、Glu和抑制性氨基酸 (IAAs)Gly 参与了格林_巴利综合征的发病过程。 Objective:To investigate the alternations of serum amino acids in children with Guillain_Barre syndrome.Methods:To estimate the levels of serum amino acids in8patients during the acute,post_transfusion treatment,and recovery phase with high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The levels of serum gluˉtramic acid(Glu),aspartic acid(Asp),and isoleucine(Ile)in acute phase were significantly higher than that in recovery.The levels of serum glycine(Gly)and cysteine(Cys)in acute phase were significantly lower than that in recovery.Conclusion:Asp,Glu,and Gly are involved in the acute phase of Guillain_Barre syndrome.Regulating the relevant balance between the excitatory amino acids and inhibitory amino acids will induce the degeneration and necrosis of the neurological cells.
