摘要
在测定兼用型马血液生化指标和生产性能的基础上、分析了它们之间的复相关,利用通径分析方法找出了直接影响速力的主要血液生化指标为α—球蛋白、LDH_4、肌酐、无机磷、ca^(++)、血糖、Na^+、LDH_5。而其他血液生化指标则对兼用型马的选择不直接起作用。本文同时对上述指标进行了逐步回归分析,经显著性检验,通经系数达到极显著者,建立了最优回归方程。在方程中,血液生化指标与速力的复相关系数(R=0.9120)很大,误差项(dye=1—∑d)很小,说明以上述主要血液生化指标的性状选种,具有一定的应用价值。
On the basis of the measurement of biological traits of blood and the productive performances, multiple correlation between the traits and the performances was calculated. The method of path analysis was used to find biological traits of blood which affected speed directly. They are a-globulin, LDH4, creatinine, inorganic phosphorus, Ca2+ , blood sugar, Na+and LDH5. Other biological traits of blood have no direct effects on the selection of horses. Gradual regression analysis were conducted. By a significant test, a final regiession equation was established for the traits of which the path coefficient was highest significantly. In the equation, the multiple correlation coefficients between traits of blood and speed is big (r= 0. 9120) , which error is small (dye =1 -d). It indicated that there was an applied value for the selecting horses based on biological triats of blood.
