立体定向适形放疗治疗晚期胆管癌的疗效评价

Effect of Three-dimentional Conformal Radiotherapy on Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma

目的 探讨立体定向适形放疗治疗晚期胆管癌的疗效。方法 对 18例晚期胆管癌患者 ,采用立体定向适形放疗技术 ,总剂量平均为 42 .6Gy( 32～ 48Gy) ,分 7～ 9次完成 (隔天 1次 ) ,每次照射剂量为 4～ 6Gy。 结果 治疗结束后 ,黄疸明显消退 ;CR 11例 ( 61.1% ) ,PR 5例 ( 2 7.8% ) ,有效率为 88.9% ;随访中位生存期为 15 .4个月 ,1年生存率为 61.5 % ( 8/13)。结论 立体定向适形放射治疗晚期胆管癌 。

Objective To explore the effect of three-dimentional conformal radiotherapy on advanced cholangiocarcinoma.Methods 18 patiens with advanced cholangiocarcinoma received three-dimentional conformal radiotherapy.The average total dose of radiation was 42.6 Gy(range 32～48 Gy),with 4～6 Gy each time,one every other day for 7～9 times.Results The median survival period was 15.4 months and the 1-year survival rate was 61.5%(8/13).Conclusion Prognosis and quality of life were improved after three-dimentional conformal radiotherapy for patients with advanced cholangiocarcinoma.
