盐酸普罗帕酮缓释片的研制

Preparation of propafenonum hydrocloride sustained release tablets

目的:制备盐酸普罗帕酮缓释片。方法:采用羟丙甲纤维素(Hydroxypropylmethylcellose,HPMC)为缓释材料制备盐酸普罗帕酮缓释片并进行处方筛选。结果:体外释放试验表明,与普通盐酸普罗帕酮片比较,本品体外有很好的缓释效果,其体外释放行为24h内符合Higuchi方程,12h内则表现出零级释药的特征。结论:处方3为优良缓释片处方。

Objective:To prepare the profenonum hydrocloride sustained release tablets.Meth-ods:The tablets were prepared by using hydroxypropymethylcellose(HPMC)as the extended matrix material.Every formulation was evaluated and the in vitro releasing properties were compared with those of the normal propafenonum hydrocloride tablets.Results:Formulation3had good slow releasing effect.The in vitro releasing action corresponded to the Higuchi equation within24hours and showed zero-order releasing characteristic within12hours.Conclusion:Formulation3is a good extended ma-trix tablet formulation.
