摘要
目的:研究部分甲基化β-环糊精对槲皮素的包合作用及其包合物的溶解度。方法:根据形成包合物时主客分子的平衡浓度的关系,确定包合物中主客分子的摩尔比。结果:槲皮素与部分甲基化β-环糊精以1:1的摩尔比形成包合物,包合稳定常数为5142mol-1·L,不溶于水的槲皮素包合后其溶解度增加到0.192g·L-1。结论:部分甲基化β-环糊精对分子结构合适的水难溶性药物具有良好的增溶作用,可用作水难溶性药物的增溶剂。
Objective:To investigate the inclusion behavior of partially methylatedβ-cyclodextrin and the solubility of quercetin in inclusion complex.Methods :According to the relationship between e-quilibrious concentrations of host and guest molecules when inclusion complex formed,the morlar ratio of host and guest molecules in inclusion complex was determined.Results:The inclusion complex fitted well to the morlar ratio1:1with the association constant of5142mol -1 ·L.The solubility of quercetin in inclusion complex increased from zero to0.192g·L -1 .Con clusion:The cyclodextrin derivate has a good solubilizing effect on some water-insoluble drugs.It can be used as a dissolution enhancing excipient in tablets.
