摘要
采用溶媒蒸发法制备阿莫西林粘附微球 ,并应用星点设计法优化微球处方工艺。用 Statistical Analysis Sys-tem (SAS)软件分析结果表明 ,所考察处方工艺各因素与收率之间呈显著相关性。建立的数学模型在最佳条件下对收率预测值 (94.2 % )与实际值 (92 .5 % )符合较好。F=18.60 9,方程有统计学意义。
Amoxicillin bio adhesive microspheres were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The central composite design was employed to optimize the prescription and technology. The Statistical Analysis System results showed a remarkable interrelationship between prescription/technology and yield existed. Microspheres prepared according to the optimum experimental conditions achieved the yield of 92.5% ( F = 18.609), while the predicted productivity was 94.2%.
