摘要
建立了一种 HPL C方法 ,同时测定解热止痛散中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和阿司匹林的含量以及相关杂质水杨酸和对氨基酚的含量。用 C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (2 8∶ 69∶ 3 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 75 nm。对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和阿司匹林分别在 0 .2 5 2~ 2 .2 68mg/ ml、6~ 5 4和 46~ 414 μg/ ml浓度范围内 ,水杨酸和对氨基酚分别在 2 .4~2 1.6、2 .8~ 2 5 .2 μg/ ml浓度范围内 ,各自的峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,相关系数均为 0 .9999,平均回收率98.2 %~ 10 2 .3 % ,RSD0 .6%~ 1.4%。
A HPLC method for determination of paracetamol, caffeine, aspirin and the related substances in Jiere Zhitong powder was presented. A C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol water glacial acetic acid (28∶69∶3) at the detection wavelength of 275 mm. Paracetamol, caffeine, aspirin, salicylic acid and p aminophenol had a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.252 ~2.268 mg/ml,6~54, 46~414, 2.4~21.6 and 2.8~25.2 μg/ml, respectively. The average recovery was 98.2%~102.3%, with RSD of 0.6%~1.4%.
