中华骨伤愈合剂中橙皮苷的HPLC测定

Determination of Hesperidin in Zhonghua Gushangyu Mixture by HPLC

建立了中华骨伤愈合剂中橙皮苷含量的 HPLC测定方法。用 C1 8色谱柱 ,乙腈 -0 .1%磷酸 (2 1∶ 79)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 83 nm。在 0 .0 3～ 3μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 10 1.4% ,RSD 0 .7%。

A HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Zhonghua Gushangyu mixture was presented. A C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid (21∶79), at detection wavelength of 283 nm. It had a good linearity in the range of 0.03~3 μg( r = 0.9999 ). The average recovery was 101.4%, with RSD of 0.7%.
