摘要
对苹果属(Malus L.)9个种,84份材料 SOD 酶谱研究发现,该群体含18条酶带,可划分为A、B、C 三大区。其中 A 区6条,以 a_3为主;B 区5条,以 b_1为主,其次是 b_4、b_3;C 区7条,以 c_1、c_3、c_5为主,根据对酶谱进行的定量分析而绘制的亲缘关系图。可将这9个种聚合为4个类组。
The superoxide dismutase of 84 varieties from 9 species on apple genus are studied.In this paper it is shown that the group contains 18 enzyme bands and all the enzymes can be divided into A.B.C.three types.The a contains 6 enzyme bands,among which the a_3 is the most important.Type B contains 5 bands,among which the b_1 is the most important,b_4 b_3 are the second.Type C contains 7 bands and c_1 c_3 c_5 are the most important.The 9 species can be divided into 4 groups according to sibship chart that was worked out by quantitative analysis of SOD enzyme bands.
