Treatment of Vertebral Pathological Compression Fractures by Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

目的 探讨经皮椎体成形 (PercutaneousVertebroplasty ,PVP)在椎体病理性压缩骨折中的治疗效果和适应证的选择。方法 应用PVP对 16例椎体病理性压缩骨折患者进行治疗 ,对其结果进行总结。结果 16例患者于术后 2 4～ 4 8h疼痛均有不同程度的的减轻或消失。无明显并发症出现。

Objective To report the effect of pathological vertebral compression fractures by percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) and analyze its indication.Methods PVP was performed for pathological vertebral compression fractures in 16 cases and then its effect was analyzed.Results After the procedure,partial or complete pain relief was achieved in all patients.No clinically significant complications occurred.Conclusion Minimal invasive PVP is a valuable altemative in the treatment of painful pathological vertebral compression fractures.
