摘要
我们尝试用模式识别方法初步研究了烧结法熟料成份对氧化铝溶出率(标溶)的影响,使用九个变量建立了模式空间,并通过映射降维在模式空间中找到一个区分高溶出区和低溶出区的判别面。发现各样本点离判别面的距离与氧化铝标溶有很好的相关。由此得出的数学模型有益于辅助生产工艺优化。
Pattern recognition method has been used to research the influence of the sinter com-ponents of soda-lime-sintering method on the percentage of leaching of Al_2O_3.Nine va-riables have been chosen to set up the pattern space.By mapping and reducing dimensions,a discriminating plane in pattern space has been found,which can distinguish the area ofhigh disolution percentage of leaching from that of low percentage of leaching.It is foundthat the distances between sample points and the discriminating plane intercorrelate wellwith the percentage of leaching of Al_2O_3.The mathematical model got in above isbenefical to the optimization of production process.
