摘要
本文首先分析明确了铸造核心竞争力是合并高等学校的战略管理的核心工作,接着又论证了进行精准的市场定位是合并高校战略管理工作的基础和前提,最后对合并高校的几个主要职能工作作了重点探讨,提出了自己的创新见解。
This thesis demonstrates that 'core competence' is to incorporate college's core task at first; then it expounds that ' exact market positioning is the premises and basis of incorporating college s strategical management; Finally, the author discusses about some details of important functional work and presents some innovative opinions.
