摘要
教师资格制度是世界上许多国家所推行的一项针对教师行业的职业准入制度,它对于规范教师任用标准,加强教师职业专业化,提高学校教育质量都具有重要的意义。自2002年开始,我国全面启动教师资格制度。本文主要探讨了我国全面实施教师资格制度后师资培训改革和教师队伍发展的前景,以及在该制度的具体推进过程中可能出现的一些理论问题。
Teachers Qualification System is a professional system aiming at the profession of teachers carried out in many countries all over the world. It has profound significance in standardizing the teachers appointment system, strengthening the specialization of teaching profession, and improving the teaching quality in schools. From this year, China has brought into full practice the Teachers Qualification System. This article is mainly to explore the prospect of teachers training reform and teachers development and to discuss some theoretical problems in promoting this system.
