摘要
在自然垄断和其它提供公共产品部门中如何实现国有经济控制力 ,隐含着比一般竞争性领域国有经济调整更为深刻、复杂的课题。在继续深化自然垄断领域国有企业改革的同时 ,注重构筑该领域的有效竞争机制、公众参与机制 ,塑造国有企业的新形象 ,是现阶段的重要选择。
It is more difficult for the reform of state economy in natural monopoly fields and other public goods sectors than in general competitive fields.When we deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in natural monopoly fields,we must build effective competion system,the public participating system and creating new characters of state-owned enterprises,this is an important choice at the present stage.
