本文认为,党风集中地从领导干部作风体现出来。干部作风是干部内在品质的反映,干部作风决定着所在部门、单位的状况,要从“讲政治”的高度认识和对待干部作风问题,围绕党同群众的血肉联系这一核心加强和改进干部作风建设。
In the author's opinion, work - style of cadre concentrate reflects the Party conduct. Work - style of cadre is the reflection of cadre's internal quality, it determine the condition of the departments or units where the cadres work. We should recognize and treat the problems at the level of 'emphasizing Politics', improving work - style of cadres should aim at strengthening the close relations between the Party and the public.
