With the acceleration of revolution in public health, the competition of medical treatment market becomes more and more fierce. The establishment of medical insurance provides more choice for patient. In the thesis, the author has discussed how to create the first - rate hospital, to acquire market initiatively, to enlarge the market portion, to give full scope to incorporeal property for broadening the modern space in hospital, to strive for surviving and sustainable development.
