摘要
目的 建立化妆品中锶的测定方法。结果 锶的测定范围 :0~ 2 0mg/L ,检出浓度 :0 .10mg/kg ,定量下限 0 .4 0mg/kg ,相对标准偏差 <5 % ,回收率 94 %~ 10 5 %。结论 适用于化妆品中锶的测定。
Objective to establish a detection method of Sr in cosmetics. Methods flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used Results detection scope was 0~0.2mg/L, detection concentration was 0.1mg/kg, lower limit of quantitative determination was 0.40mg/kg, Bias of relative standard was less than 5%, retrieve rate was 94%~105%. Conclusions this method could be applied to detection of Sr in cosmetics with its precision and accuracy.
