应用铵型阳离子交换树脂分离L 苯丙氨酸 ,确定了溶液在pH 1.0的条件下上铵型柱 ,用 0 .15mol L氨水解析 ,解析液对上柱液的苯丙氨酸收率为 95 %。

Using NH+ 4-form positive ion exchange resin to extract L-phenylalanine from its mother liquor, we found that the best pH value of the mother liquor was 1.0 and 95% of L-phenylalanine was obtained by desorption solution of 0.15mol·L -1NH 3·H 2O.
