摘要
为探索中药淫羊藿防治骨质疏松症的作用机理 ,采用血清细胞培养的方法 ,观察淫羊藿总黄酮对动物成骨细胞增殖的影响。结果显示淫羊藿总黄酮能明显促进成骨细胞数量增殖 (P <0 0 5 ) ,增加碱性磷酸酶活性 (P <0 0 1) ,降低培养基中钙含量 (P <0 0 5 )。
To investigate the action mechanism of Herba Epimedii in the treatment of osteoporosis, serum cell culture was used to observe the effects of Herba Epimedii flavone on proliferation of osteoblast.Results:Herba Epimedii flavone could obviously promote the proliferation of osteoblast (P<0.05),increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase (P<0.01) and reduce the amount of calcium (P<0.05).It is implied that Herba Epimedii has strong effects in the prevention of osteoporosis.
