摘要
以小鼠卵母细胞和猪卵母细胞为材料研究了FDA活力检测上的应用。结果表明:1)受精卵和卵母细胞均有积聚FDA(乙酰荧光素)的能力;2)猪卵巢在不同温度保存之后,其卵母细胞的积聚FDA(乙酰荧光素)的能力有明显改变。这些结果表明,可以用积聚FDA(乙酰荧光素)的能力检测卵母细胞的活力。
Assess embryo/oocyte viability is an important reproduction technique,and it is wildly used in the field of in vitro embryo production and embryo freeze.This research is mainly forcus on the use of fluorescein diccetate to assess embryo/oocyte viability in mouse and Pig.The result as follows:1)Either fertilized1-cell embryo or oocyte has the ability to accumulation(FDA)fluorescein;2)The in vitro matured oocyte derived from the preserved ovary at the different temperature change their ability to accumulation(FDA)fluorescein.These results indicate that accumulation(FDA)fluorescein can be used to asses the viability of embryo or oocyte.
