A New Strategy for Improving Quality Management in Hospitals

医院服务质量有改进,但遇到利益难题。要下狠心剜腐肉求质量,向病人献上一片真心。要贯彻党的十六大精神,落实“三个代表”重要思想,采用国际标准建立质量管理体系,改造服务流程,构建病种与病例质控平台,写好并管好病历,努力创造质量改进新局面。

There are many difficulties in the process of improving the service quality in hospitals,an important strategy is to seek better quality while getting rid of corruption,to be warm and sincere with patients,to carry out the spirits of the Sixteen Plenary Conference of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party,and to implement the'three representatives',to establish quality management system according to international standards,renovating protocol of service delivery,set up control platform on managing type of diseases and cases,to improve the management of medical record,so as to create a new environment for quality improvement within hospitals.
