危害分析关键控制点在公共洗浴业卫生监督中的应用

Application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in Health Inspection of Public Bathhouse

目的 探讨对公共洗浴业卫生监督中新的工作方法。方法 运用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)对公共洗浴业进行预防性卫生监督管理,判定危害因素,确定卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法。结果 运用危害分析关键控制点(HAC-CP)后,消除危害因素,公共洗浴业卫生指标合格率显著上升(P<0.01)。结论 应用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)开展卫生监督可显著提高公共洗浴业的卫生质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore new methods for health inspection of bathhouse. METHODS By using the method of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP), the preventive health inspection, identification of hazardous factors, establishment of critical control points, sanitary standard and control countermeasures for sanitary quality were carried out in bathhouse. RESULTS After the application of HACCP in health inspection, the hazardous factors of sanitary quality were eliminated, the qualified rates of sanitary indexes increased significantly( P < 0.01) . CONCLUSION The application of HACCP in health inspection could significantly promote the sanitary quality of bathhouse.
