OCSCE(Organic Compound Coding Specially Designed for Chemical Engineering)is one of theChemical notation languages designed for information processing of modern chemical engineering,whichcan uniquely and accurately specify the structures of organic molecules.It is the result of achieving the following original objectives:1.The simplified coding is convenient for computer input and output.2.The notation system is superior to that of conventional method by having compact coding and bet-ter use of computer capacity.3.OCSCE is easily accessible to chemists.4.It is good for the data retrieval and the group contribution methods,too.
