卡维地络对原发性高血压患者血粘度和血小板聚集的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究原发性高血压 (essentialhypertension ,EH)患者血粘度和血小板聚集情况及卡维地络对其影响。方法 :采用前瞻性自身对照研究近年门诊EH和正常血压各 80例 ,EH患者服用卡维地络 6周 ,分别检测治疗前后全血粘度 (WBV)、血浆粘度 (PV)、血小板 1min聚集率 (PAG1)、血小板 5min聚集率 (PAG5 )、血小板最大聚集率(PAGm) ,并与正常血压组对照分析。结果 :高血压组WBV、PAG1、PAG5和PAGm较治疗前均显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而PV无明显降低 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :EH患者的血粘度和血小板聚集性增高 ,卡维地络能降低EH患者的WBV、PAG 。 Objective: To determine blood viscosity and aggregability of platelet in essential hypertension(EH), and to observe the effects carvedilol of on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation. Methods: 80 consecutive patients with EH were selected from outpatient clinic of cardiovascular and 80 normotensive as control subjects. Patients with EH were measured whole blood viscosity(WBV), plasma blood viscosity(PV), platelet aggregation in 1 minute(PAG1), platelet aggregation in 5 minutes(PAG5)and maximal platelet aggregation(PAGm) before and after treated by carvedilol 6 weeks the outcome of which was compared.Results: All of WBV, PV, PAG1, PAG5 and PAGm in the patients with EH were higher than those in the normotensive control subjects(all P<0.01) . After treatment with carvedilol WBV, PAG1, PAG5 and PAGm were significantly lower than those at baseline(P<0.001), whereas PV has no significantly decreace (P>0.05).Conclusion: Patients with essential hypertension have elevated blood viscosity and platelet aggregation. Carvdilol can those to reduce whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation in the patients with essential hypertension so the oceurrence of thrombus on EH patients' decreases.
